SecuBrowser is a freeware adware remover app and web browser, developed by SecuBrowser for Windows.
The download has been tested by an editor here on a PC.
Runs your web browsing inside of a sandbox for anti-phishing
SecuBrowser perfectly integrates within Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox and is intended for users who want to protect against viruses, trojans and worms.
While surfing the Internet, the application will create a new folder namely 'sbox' located to C directory. Each time you will allow your browser to install updates, only the generated folder will be modified. This way, if you will get infected, you have the possibility to remove the folder from your system and protect your computer.
When running your web browser using SecuBrowser, your web browser has write/modify access only to the "C:\sbox" and to the "Downloads" directory on your hard disk. That means, no files can get infected by malware from the internet except in these two locations. It is important that a) your computer is currently not infected and b) you do ALL your web browsing using SecuBrowser, then secure web browsing becomes reality. To make sure no downloads get infected, you should move downloaded files to another directory after the download. To make sure you use no infected files which you downloaded, you should use an anti-virus software and wait a few days to one week, then scan the downloaded file with your anti virus software and then open it. Acting this way you are pretty safe not getting infected by downloads from the internet.
Compatibility and License
SecuBrowser is provided under a freeware license on Windows from web browsers with no restrictions on usage. Download and installation of this PC software is free and 1.0 is the latest version last time we checked.
